Comments: areas coming up newbiggin hall to fight ...? the gala park club is the worst thing that has been built and the people who work ther r out of touch with the kids needs, nolonger do the local kids hold there birthday parties there as they always did in the past when the boys club was around it was run by the locals for the locals and was always available the atmosphere at the gala is dead in comparison, the adults attitude to the select kids catered for is to sterile the fun is gone.

Comments: Its a bad estate gone good , most of the housing is going private now the only downside is the lack of devolpment down the bottom of the estate .
